In the menue Portfolio > Portfolio History > Signed you get a summery of all signed objects in your system.

The other queries concerning the objects you can access on the menue Portfolio > Portfolio History > Complete resp. Current resp. Signed and so on.
Here you can start the queries, for example: Complete portfolio, Current pPortfolio , Sold portfolio etc.
