In the menue Analytics > Ad Hoc Analysis > Rental Unit you can combine units of sold and bought objects in a given period and with different criterias.
With the button: Back you set back the query-fields on default.

Importing the target rent.
You have the following options to fill in the target rent into the ICRS:
- The target rent will be deliverd together with the tenant list.
- In the tenant list always set on the maximum of target rent and actual rent (minus additions and plus reduction).
- There’s no selfacting actualization – in this case you have the possibility to import target rents with the unit (tops) import (you need administration permissions).
- The simpelst way: add in the target rent income/target rent and export it into excel.
The permissions to export will be given to the most user, importing mybe not.
