Period Analysis

Period Analysis In the menue Lease Data > Period Analysis you can compare lines of the lease data from different months.
- Choose yor selection criteria and fill in the relevant period of time.
- Click on the button: Show to start the comparing process.
- The name of the export file follows the pattern ‘changesyyyy-mm-dd.xls’ and consists a table-sheet: Data with rows named Postal code, city, object name, unitname, P1 rent income, P1 working costs, P1 utilisation, P1 category, P1 tenant, P2 rent income, P2 utilisation, P2 category, P2 tenant, rent income spread.
