How-to: Applying a new Object (House)
Generally you have two ways to apply a new object (i. e. house, property, real estate). A) „automatically“ when you import the lease data. If the case of any discrepancy when importing lease data you will be asked how to continue, for example if a unit (top) is not existent, you can import it automatically or manually. B) In the object- respetively house-List directly Choose in the menue Portfolio > Portfolio History > Complete Portfolio:
Click the button: New Property
It is absolutely necessery that at least the following fields will be filled reasonable (the bold formatted text) Adress Postal Code Company Country City Business Area User Permissions Acquisition Date Asset Manager Property Manager Facility Manager Use Status State of Accounting District Court Register Number Land Register Property Parcel Number Total Area In the same way you have to fill in the fields in the registers: Object Information, Financials, Purchase Information, Budget/Planning, Permissions and please consider the importand bold formatted fields, they have to be filled in.
