Groups 

This is an extended user management allowing object related access rights. A hierarchical group management as well as access templates, that is free definably groups of permissions, allowing quick access of complex permissions of new users. Furthermore included is journaling of security relevant activity and extended logging for simple system audits. Moreover you can define fields on central data objects to log modifications.  

In the menue System > Access Controll > Groups you get a Flexigrid- table with all groups applied in the system.

With the button: Create Group you get a form to creat a new group in the system.

After the fill in of the field-contents click on the Save-button to assume the new group.

If you want to abort the process of creating the new group click on the Cancel-button.

 

Exporting Groups 

With the button: Exporting  excel you can start the export of the list of activated groups.

You can choose in the dialog to view or to save the list in the system. In the second case you will be asked to the path of the target folder.
