Consistency Check

 Consistency Check 

Go in the menue to Portfolio > Consistency Check to test your real estate portfolio. Possible state announcements on the level of objects or units are:

Object exists n-times,

Unit exists n-times,

no company  attached to,

no business area dedicated

Consistency Ccheck.

Click on the object respectively the unit to get a detailed view on them and edit the data.

  Troubleshooting 

Example:

Problem: An object exist after the consistency check several times, but  in the real estate list ther’s just a single entry.

Solution: Maybe the object was bought once with a status and was saved in an other state. Alter the advanced query in the Flexigrid according to show miscellaneous states.
