Choose the menue Portfolio > Complete Portfolio

Scroll to the desired Site and choose the opbject you wish.

To attain the object-view click on the check mark before the object respectively the adress-line.

Top right, beside the adress of the choosen object you can see different buttons and icons to accomplish often

recurring commands. In this case click on the Edit-Button.

You gain a list of the units (tops) of the object.

Beside the standard-fields: tenant, use, status, NFL=usable floor area, vacant space, kind of  void and HMZ=primery lease you have to fill in the array-fields: expected rental income (  the expected achievable lease in the case of an re-letting) and target lease (the lease the agent have to achieve at least).

If you want to apply an additional unit to a particular object, choose Portfolio History > Complete Portfolio click on the check mark on the left beside de desired object (see image: Auswahl des gewünschten Objekts). Afterwords click on the right side of the third register from the top
