Access Templates 

In the menue System > Access Control > Access Templates you get a Flexigrid-table with a list of the applying acess templates.

Click on the button: Create Set of Access Rights to get a form for creating a set of permissions.

Assign the new set the desired groups for read- and write-access and save the permissions template with the Save-button.

If you don’t want to save the data click on the Back button and you are returning to the Flexigrid with the template-list.

 

Exporting Access Templates

With the button: Export  Excel you can start the export of the list of permission sets.

You can choose in the dialog to view or to save the list in the system. In the second case you will be asked to the path of the target folder.
