Vacancy Overview 

The menue Reporting > Standard > Vacancy Overview is an enhanced version and lists all vacant objects respectively units.

For Example choose a month (in this Case Mai 2011 in Hungaria) and the generated table lists only the objects from the desired month and country .
The result consist all vacancy units as well as all rented units where the contract will end in the denoted month (contract end <= month) This report can also be imported again , whereby the blue coloumn in the excel-sheet – target rent / qm,  Leerstehungsschlüssel  and  notifications – on the particular unit will be overwritten.

With the button: Query you get a result in Table style. It is advisable to choose the option: Export in the background when you have long reports, complex calculations or when your system uses a VPN or goes through a Firewall.

With the button: query you start the report, during this you can see on the top right of your screen a message that the enginge works on the report. Additional you can choos the option: Notification with E-Mail (if not you just see on the top right a small popup, with the announcement of the generating report. In this case you have to configure in an E.Mail address. For security reasons the compiled tables will remain for by default one month in the system.

With the button: query you get a result in a Table style.

With the button: back you get a form which you need to limit query-filters or reset the fields on a default value.

Vacancy Owerview

ICRS allows the export of actual vacancy units by vacancy type and lease date ( i.e. also the expiring leases of the following months.) The interface can be limited by broker and allows to tech actual lists from the broker (Login and Download) as well as extract into excel and to deliver. Parallel it is possible to use an XML interface like OpenImmo and connecting real estate portals.
