With the form in the menue Reporting > Standard > Vacancy Impact you can calculate lost rentals in the base of vacancies in the lease data.
ICRS allows the export of actual vacancy units by vacancy type and lease date ( i.e. also the expiring leases of the following months.) The interface can be limited by broker and allows to tech actual lists from the broker (Login and Download) as well as extract into excel and to deliver. Parallel it is possible to use an XML interface like OpenImmo and connecting real estate portals.
It is advisable to choose the option: Export in the background when you have long reports, complex calculations or when your system uses a VPN or goes through a Firewall. After clicking the button: query you will be informe by a popup on the top right when the table is complete.
The second sheet lists the vacancies of this example.
The third sheet lists lost rentals in the desired period sorted by Asset managers
The fourth sheet lists the lost rentals by Facility Managers.
The fifth sheet lists the lost rentals sortet by size.
With the button: back you delate the parameters of the query and resets the form on the default state. Yet you have another Question leave it on this Site for the metamagix-Support-Team.
