The contract management allows to deposit historical and furure contracts on the level of units. Thereby you have the possibility of elapsed or future queries beyond the existing contract. Additional documents and notifications can be stored in ICRS.

In combination with ICRS.FM the contract can join units (of the property management) with rooms (from the Facility Management). In combination with the cashflow module the contract management allows point-exactly cashflow forecasts.
