Exporting Standard Reports

1.      In order to export a standard report, click on menu point Portfolio > Object Export  and select the required report type from the menu.

2.      Select whether you intend to export the report in the background (you may continue work in ICRS and receive a message on the screen), or you wish to receive an e-mail when the report is prepared.

3.      Select the relevant period.

4.      Set the filter settings.

5.      In order to launch the query, click on the Query button.

Setting the configuration of the filter

You may flexibly assemble the filters of the report on the online interface of the ICRS, and save your own configuration.

One by one, add general Constraints (Filters)  to menu point Constraints

in roll-down menu named Filter selection.

In menu point Query Management you can load the saved filter templates, or save the new configurations.
