Data Import – Real Estate Data
In the menue Reporting > Data Import – Real Estate Data you can import objects into the ICRS.
Financials can only be brought in with the Financial Data Import. Direct modifications on the objects aren’t possible yet. Also the import in this menue is not feasible.
The following fields are locked in the object:
With the button: Object Excel Upload you get a form to realise an object-Excel-upload.
Here you can see all coloumns that the excel-table will need for importing:
- additional expense
- initial value
- IFRS Worth
- Construction in progress
- Market value, consultant, valuation method, last expertise
- Market value2, consultant2, valuation method2, last expertise2
- Accounting value at cost
- Amortised cost
- Accounting value UGB

- In this text field fill in a short description to recognize this upload
- Here ist the place to fill in the path to the import-file
- if necessary determine if new objects or relations within the excel-file apply the system.Data of existing objects will be overwritten.
- Click on the button: save to integrate the objects into the ICRS
